The Stamping Booth takes your privacy extremely seriously, and will use your personal information for the following reasons only;

1   To assist with the placing of orders for  Stampin’ Up! and retired Stampin’Up!products, for booking events, and for sending electronic newletters

2   Legal purposes, for providing evidence of income for tax purposes.

3   To ensure you stay informed of new Stampin’ Up! products, events, projects and tutorials.  To ensure you recieve marketing information about new Stampin’ Up! products, tutorials and classes.

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Information collected via Stampin’ Up!

Online order:  When you place an order for Stampin’ Up! products via my online store, Stampin’Up! will ask for name, email, postal and billing address, phone number and payment details.  This data is stored by stampin’ Up! in the USA.  Your name, address and phone number are also passed to the courier (UPS), for the purpose of delivering your order.  The courier uses this data to print labels for routing the packages within their system.

Stampin’ Up! will also make your details (apart from payment details) available to myself as your Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, to allow me to see your order and assist with returns, refunds and to be able to offer support to yourself.

Your email may be used by myself for the purpose of sending email newsletters and other information I may consider relevant to you.

Both Stampin’ Up! and myself will keep your order details for 6 years to comply with legal requirements.

Stampin’ Up website: Stampin’ Up! may communicate with yourself about their services, new products, and promotions, providing you have not revoked your consent for such usage.

Information collected by me

Information you give:

 Information by filling in forms on my website at www.thestampingbooth.co.uk or by corresponding with me by phone, e-mail or otherwise.  The information you give, may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph.

The name and e-mail address will be stored in my Mail Service provider (Mailerlite).  I use the data to provide you with any of the following information:

  • information regarding classes and events
  • marketing information about upcoming special offers from Stampin’ Up! or product reviews
  • general crafting hints, details of classes, tips, and tutorials or inspiration you can use in your own crafting

Each and every email has an unsubscribe link, giving you the opportunity to unsubscribe from all emails from me.  I do also send out occasional e-mails giving you the option to update your preferences to allow for the emails to be suited to your best interest as best as possible.

 Information collected about you: With regard to each of your visits to the website, I may automatically collect the following information:

  • technical data including the internet protocol (IPL) address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting, setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.  This data is gathered anonymously, and can not be used to identify individual users.
  • usage data about how to use the website

 This technical data is used to administrate the site and for internet operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing research, statistical and survey purposes.  It also assists in my efforts to keep the site safe and secure.  I may use it to measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising I serve to you and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you.
